My name is Lauren Williams. I have 10+ years working for bankruptcy law firms and sympathize with those that have no where left to turn. Bankruptcy attorneys charge more money upfront than you can afford when you are already in a difficult situation. We understand the hard decisions.
We can help by reducing the money you pay overall. We are not attorneys and do not pretend to be. Most of the Pro Se debtors we see are facing a life changing difficult time such as a foreclosure or repossession. Most of these debtors also get dismissed due to the complexity of federal bankruptcy law. With my knowledge and experience, I am able to assist you and allow you to keep your stuff or get you more time to come up with a Plan B.
While bankruptcy attorneys will charge a minimum of $1,200 for a Chapter 7, most debtors do not realize over a Chapter 13 plan which is typically 5 years you will end up paying well over $5,000.
