Chapter 7 Bankruptcy
$800/ one time fee
We will prepare and file your case for you. You will receive reminders on what is needed to successfully complete your case to get a discharge from the Federal Bankruptcy Court.
Chapter 13 Bankruptcy
$500/ one time fee
We will prepare and file your case for you. We will also prepare and file your Chapter 13 plan that will be required to stay in your case. We will send you reminders on what is needed to successfully complete your case.
Advanced Monitoring for Chapter 13 only
$50/ month
If you would like to stay on top of your case, we will check Pacer for any updates to your case and notify you of any action and recommend that you speak to an attorney, if needed.
